This morning, I visited the shrine. There is a kappa god in that shrine. I poured water on the kappa god’s head and prayed to him in my heart. Kappa is said to be the god of the water business. A water business is inherently unstable because income is largely determined by customer popularity. For example, restaurant business, red-light districts, the sex industry, Sumo, Kabuki theater, actors, actresses, entertainers, athletes, writers, novelists, artists, cartoonists, illustrators, creators, musicians, influencers, YouTubers. I’m a cartoonist. In other words, I realized today that I make a living as a water business.
To be precise, I am not currently earning my living expenses.
